Here's a bit of information what we've done: This is a new issue for us, which never happend before, I've tried to google to research about this problem, but I can't find any solutions for this. I've done adding the path into trust center with the option "Allow Trusted Locations on my network (not recommended)", this didn't fix our problem.

When I try to open a word file from our network drive, I get the (same) message: "Could not open ".docx".īut again, when I download the file to the local disk, I can open it.
